Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1โ€“3 business days depending on product availability, order volume, and operational conditions.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may experience slight processing delays.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes approximately:

  • 3โ€“7 business days depending on the customerโ€™s location, shipping service availability, and courier operations.
  • Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote areas may require additional transit time.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimated and may vary during:

  • Festivals
  • High order volume periods
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Public holidays or strikes

3. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

At present, international shipping may not be available unless specifically confirmed by our team.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via:

    (depending on the contact information provided during checkout)

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details to avoid delays or failed deliveries.


5. Delivery Attempts & Incorrect Address

Courier partners usually attempt delivery multiple times.

If:

  • The customer is unavailable,
  • Incorrect address/contact details are provided,
  • Or the order is refused at delivery,

the parcel may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply
  • Refunds will not be provided

6. Packaging & Product Safety

All resin products are packed carefully to minimize leakage or transit damage.

However, since resin liquids are temperature-sensitive materials, slight transit-related changes may occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions during transportation.

Customers are advised to open and inspect the package immediately upon delivery.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product,
  • Wrong item,
  • Or hardened resin liquid,

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Proper unboxing video
  • Clear photos/videos
  • Order details
