Refund & Exchange Policy – Krishkala

At Krishkala, we are committed to providing high-quality resin products that are carefully packed and inspected before dispatch. Since resin materials are chemical-based and sensitive to storage and handling conditions, we maintain a strict but fair Exchange Policy to ensure transparency for both our customers and our business.

1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once an order has been confirmed and dispatched.

All purchases made from Krishkala are considered final sale items due to the nature of resin liquid products.


2. Exchange Eligibility

We only provide exchanges in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Resin liquid hardened or cured before use due to transit heat or manufacturing issue

To qualify for an exchange, customers must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package opening
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Email all proof to: resin.krishkala66@gmail.com

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.


3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

For security and verification purposes, an uninterrupted unboxing video is compulsory for all damage or wrong-product claims.

The video must clearly show:

  • Sealed outer packaging before opening
  • Shipping label visibility
  • Product condition after opening
  • Any leakage, damage, or hardened resin

This policy helps protect both customers and Krishkala from false or incomplete claims.


4. Non-Exchangeable Situations

Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Customer changes mind after purchase
  • Incorrect order placed by customer
  • Minor packaging dents or external box damage without product damage
  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Resin hardened due to prolonged customer delay in opening/using the product
  • Products used partially or fully
  • Claim raised after 24 hours of delivery
  • Missing unboxing video proof

5. Resin Product Handling Responsibility

Resin liquids are temperature-sensitive materials. Customers are advised to:

  • Store products in a cool and dry place
  • Keep away from direct sunlight and excessive heat
  • Close bottle caps tightly after use
  • Use products within recommended time

Krishkala will not be responsible for damage caused by improper storage or handling after successful delivery.


6. Exchange Approval Process

Once your claim is received:

  1. Our team will inspect the submitted proof
  2. If approved, exchange instructions will be shared
  3. Replacement will be processed within 3–7 business days
  4. In some cases, customers may be asked to return the damaged product before replacement dispatch

Krishkala reserves the right to reject claims that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or abusive.


7. Shipping Charges

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong item/damaged product), replacement shipping will be handled by Krishkala.
  • If the issue is not verified or falls outside policy terms, exchange requests may be denied.
